RESULTS OF GENERAL MEETING OF PSG GROUP SHAREHOLDERS                            
PSG Group shareholders are referred to the SENS announcement of 8 May 2007 and  
advised that all of the resolutions tabled at the general meeting of PSG Group  
shareholders held today were approved by the requisite majority of shareholders.
The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for       
registration as soon as is reasonably possible.
