Notice is hereby given that preference dividend number 124 for the six months   
ending 30 June 2007 at the rate of 51/2 percent per annum (5.5 cents per share) 
be and is hereby declared payable to shareholders recorded in the books of the  
company at the close of business on 29 June 2007.                               
The last day to trade "cum" dividend will be Friday, 22 June 2007. The shares   
will commence trading "ex" dividend as from Monday, 25 June 2007 and the record 
date will be Friday, 29 June 2007. The dividend will be paid on Monday, 2 July  
2007.                                                                           
Share certificates may not be dematerialised or rematerialised between Monday,  
25 June 2007 and Friday, 29 June 2007, both days inclusive.
