TRADING STATEMENT IN TERMS OF THE LISTINGS REQUIREMENTS OF JSE LIMITED          
Based on the unaudited results for the 10-month period July 2006 to April 2007  
and taking into account management`s forecast for the 2-month period May 2007 to
June 2007, Transpaco expects both headline and basic earnings per share for the 
year ending 30 June 2007 to be between 35% and 45% higher than those reported   
for the corresponding period last year.                                         
It is expected that the results for the current year will be announced towards  
the end of August 2007.                                                         
This trading statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Transpaco`s      
auditors.
