CHANGES IN THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                           
    Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on the Securities    
    Exchange News Service of the JSE Limited ("JSE") on 1 December 2006         
    notifying that Messrs Alan Pedder CBE and Colin Brayshaw had advised the    
Board of their intention to retire as non-executive directors of the        
    Company at the annual general meeting of shareholders on 21 May 2007.  At   
    this meeting, Mr Pedder would also retire as chairman of the Board.         
    In the same announcement, shareholders were notified that the directors of  
the Company had agreed to nominate Fani Titi to succeed Alan Pedder as      
    chairman, with effect from the Board meeting to be held on 21 May 2007      
    after the annual general meeting of shareholders had been concluded on that 
    day.                                                                        
All the above mentioned directorate changes took effect from 21 May 2007.
