CONCLUSION OF THE DISPOSAL BY HAHL OF ITS 42% SHAREHOLDING IN PUMP BRANDS       
(PROPRIETARY) LIMITED ("the Transaction")                                       
Shareholders are referred to the announcement dated 21 February 2007, detailing 
the disposal by HAHL of its 42% shareholding in Pump Brands (Proprietary)       
Limited.                                                                        
The Transaction was subject to certain terms and conditions, including the      
requirement to obtain approval from the South African Competition Authority.    
Shareholders are advised that all the conditions precedent have now been met.   
The Transaction was accordingly completed on 18 May 2007.
