November 2005, relating to the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE")               
transaction, which requires the BEE parties to utilise all distributions        
to acquire additional shares in Discovery in the market. Shareholders are       
accordingly advised of the following purchase of Discovery ordinary             
shares by one of Discovery`s directors, Sindiswa Zilwa, through her             
investment vehicle, Newshelf 801 (Proprietary) Limited which forms one of
