Notice is hereby given that on Wednesday, 28 March 2007, Network Healthcare     
Holdings Limited declared a preference dividend (Number 2) of 459,25 cents      
per preference share for the period from 1 October 2006 to 31 March 2007,       
payable on Monday, 23 April 2007 to holders of the preference shares            
recorded in the books of the Company at close of business on Friday, 20         
April 2007.                                                                     
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are          
applicable:
