Linked unitholders are advised that in terms of paragraph 3.4(b)(i)(v) of the   
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, Redefine will be adopting distribution
per linked unit as its financial results measurement for trading statement      
purposes, from the reporting period ended on 31 August 2006 onwards.
