    TRADING UPDATE                                                              


    Shareholders of Santova are hereby advised that the audit committee has     
    reviewed the Group financial results for the 12 months ended 31 December    
    2006 and is expecting an increase of between 152% to 172% in earnings per   
share compared to 0,16 cents for the previous period and an increase of     
    between 146% to 166% in headline earnings per share compared to 0,16 cents  
    for the previous period.                                                    
                                                                                
The company expects to release the audited results on SENS within the next  
    two weeks. Shareholders are advised that the information in this trading    
    statement has not been reviewed or reported on by Santova`s auditors.
