CHANGE TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                                
The Board of Group Five Limited wishes to announce that, due to potential       
conflicts of interest between Mr. Maruma`s business interests and Group Five`s  
business, Mr. Maruma has resigned from the Board of Group Five Limited with     
immediate effect.                                                               
Mr. Maruma joined the Board of Group Five Limited on 1 July 2002 and has made a 
valuable contribution during his time as a Board member. The Board thanks him   
for his support and wishes him well in his future endeavours.
