Change of Company Secretary                                                     
Harry Hill has resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, effective 22       
January 2006, to pursue other interests.                                        
The Board thanks Harry for his contribution to the Company and wishes him well  
in his future endeavours.                                                       
The Company has appointed Edward Derrick Ehmke as Company Secretary. Derrick has
over 40 years business experience in Finance, Administration, IT Supply Chain   
Management and Marketing. He has been involved predominantly in Retailing and   
Manufacturing public companies in South Africa, United Kingdom and Australia. He
is a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Managers, Secretaries and             
Administrators.
