to the results published in that announcement and those contained in the Annual 
Financial Statements posted to shareholders on Friday, 22 December 2006.        
The Annual General Meeting of the company will be held at 35 Third Street,      
Wynberg, Sandton on Wednesday, 24 January 2007 at 10h00. The notice of the      
meeting is contained in the abovementioned Annual Financial Statements.
