DISCLOSURE OF DEALING IN SECURITIES BY DIRECTOR                             
    Shareholders are referred to the Circular to Shareholders, dated 15         
    November 2005, relating to the Black Economic Empowerment ("BEE")           
    transaction, which requires the BEE parties to utilise all distributions to 
acquire additional shares in Discovery in the market. Shareholders are      
    accordingly advised of the following purchase of Discovery ordinary shares  
    by one of Discovery`s directors, Dr. TV Maphai through his investment       
    vehicle, Elderberry Investments 71 (Proprietary) Limited which forms one of
