AUDITED RESULTS                                                                 
Shareholders are advised that the company`s 2006 Annual Report containing the   
annual financial statements for the year ended 30 September 2006 was posted to  
shareholders on Friday 15 December 2006 and contains no modifications to the    
audited results which were published on 8 November 2006.  The annual financial  
statements were audited by Deloitte & Touche and their report is available for  
inspection at the company`s registered office.                                  
NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                                
The one hundred and eleventh annual general meeting of Pretoria Portland Cement 
Company Limited will be held in the Tokyo Meeting Room, Barloworld Corporate    
Office, 180 Katherine Street, Sandton, on Tuesday 23 January 2007 at 12:00 for  
the purpose of conducting the business as stated in the Notice of Annual General
Meeting forming part of the 2006 Annual Report.
