CORRECTION ANNOUNCEMENT                                                         
Further to Sekunjalo`s results announcement for the year ended 31 August 2006   
released on SENS on 26 November 2006 ("the results announcement"), as well as   
the subsequent press release on the same day, shareholders are advised that the 
following correction was made and both the results announcement and the press   
release should have read as follows:                                            
"`In Pharmaceuticals, JV`s have been developed with Indian Based Unichem and UAE
based Julphar and a commercial agreement has been entered into with Indian Based
Orchid Pharma."
