CLARIFICATION                                                                   
Shareholders are advised that no review was carried out by the group auditors on
the interim results. With regard to the emphasis of matter noted in the audited 
financial statements as at 28 February 2006 the auditors are satisfied in their 
opinion that the emphasis of matter is no longer required. This is as a result  
of the receipt of a R42 million (Forty two million Rand) grant.
