NO CHANGE STATEMENT AND NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                        
Shareholders are advised that the annual financial statements for the year ended
30 September 2006 will be available on our website today and will be dispatched 
to shareholders on or about 15 December 2006.                                   
Afrox published its audited results on the Stock Exchange News Service on       
Thursday, 26 October 2006 and therefore no abridged report is being published at
this time.                                                                      
Notice is hereby given that the annual general meeting of shareholders will be  
held at the registered office, Afrox House, 23 Webber Street, Selby,            
Johannesburg, South Africa on Friday, 16 February 2007 at 09:00 to transact the 
business as stated in the notice of the annual general meeting forming part of  
the annual financial statements.
