    LEVERAGED BONUS SCHEME                                                      
    On 25 February 2005, Netcare announced the implementation of a Leveraged    
Bonus Scheme which resulted in the following effects on 30 November 2006,   
    pertaining to the undermentioned Directors of the Company;                  
    In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of JSE       
    Limited ("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transactions, in       
respect of which prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the   
    JSE Listing Requirements has been obtained, are hereby disclosed -          
    a)   Nature of Transaction - Automatic cash settlement of European style    
         call options - strike price 618 cents per share and cash settlement at 
VWAP price of 1302 cents per share -
