Shareholders are advised that the company"s annual financial statements for the 
2006 financial year were dispatched to members on 21 November 2006.             
The annual financial statements contain no modifications to the audited annual  
results for the year ended 30 June 2006, which were published on 30 August 2006.
The audited preliminary results of Transpaco Limited and the annual financial   
statements were audited by Ernst & Young and their report is available for      
inspection at the company"s registered office.                                  
Annual general meeting                                                          
The 55th annual general meeting of the shareholders of Transpaco Limited ("the  
Company") will be held in the boardroom of the Company at 331 6th Street,       
Wynberg, Sandton on 14 December 2006 at 09h00
