     Trust at an average price of R7.30 per share                               
These shares have been disposed of as part of a portfolio rebalancing exercise  
prior to his retirement as CEO at the end of June 2007, and his appointment     
thereafter as Non-Executive Chairman.                                           
Mr Lamberti still owns 2 034 537 shares.
