Results of annual general meeting:                                              
Investec Bank Limited is authorised to announce that, at the annual general     
meeting of Growthpoint linked unitholders held on 07 November 2006, the         
resolutions that were proposed in terms of the notice convening the meeting     
were passed by the requisite number of votes.                                   
The resolution granting general authority to issue linked units for cash was    
passed with an amendment agreed at the meeting that restricts it to property    
asset transactions.                                                             
The special resolution passed at the meeting will be lodged with the Registrar  
of Companies  for registration.
