Shareholders are advised that all resolutions proposed in the notice to         
shareholders were passed without modification by the requisite majority of      
shareholders at the annual general meeting held on October 31  2006.  The       
special resolutions will be lodged with the Registrar of Companies for          
registration, in due course.
