ACQUISITION OF THE FLEXIBLES BELLVILLE BUSINESS OF NAMPAK                       
Transpaco shareholders are referred to the circular posted to them dated        
Wednesday 11 October 2006 regarding the acquisition by Transpaco Flexibles      
Mpumalanga (Proprietary) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Transpaco, of the
Flexibles Bellville Business from Nampak Products Limited and the acquisition by
Booysens Road Property (Proprietary) Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of      
Transpaco, of the immovable property of Nampak Products Limited, situated in    
Glucose Way, Bellville South, Bellville, Western Cape.  The acquisition is      
subject to the approval of the competition commission.  A ruling is expected by 
28 November 2006, when a further announcement will be made.  A general meeting  
of the Transpaco shareholders was held this morning at which the requisite      
majority of shareholders approved the resolutions necessary to give effect to   
the above acquisitions.
