RENEWAL OF CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                              
Shareholders are referred to the previous cautionary announcements, the last of 
which were released on SENS on 26 September 2006 and are advised that the       
company is still engaged in discussions with a private equity consortium,       
regarding a potential transaction with the company. Although these discussions  
are at an advanced stage, the finalisation of the discussions are subject to    
certain pre-conditional criteria. Accordingly, shareholders are advised to      
continue to exercise caution when dealing in the company"s securities until a   
further announcement is made in the near future.
