ANNUAL FINANCIAL STATEMENTS AND ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                          
The Company"s annual report, containing the annual financial statements for the 
year ended 30 June 2006, has been issued and was posted to registered linked    
unitholders on 16 October 2006. The annual financial statements contain no      
modification relative to the audited results that were published on 23 August   
2006. Growthpoint"s results and the annual financial statements have been       
audited by KPMG Inc. whose reports are available for inspection at the Company"s
registered office.                                                              
Annual General Meeting                                                          
The notice of the Company"s 18th annual general meeting is contained in its     
annual report. Members are advised that the annual general meeting has been     
convened for 13:00 on Tuesday,                                                  
7 November 2006, at 100 Grayston Drive, Sandown, Sandton, to transact the       
business as stated in the notice of that meeting.
