     notification from Mr J N Robinson, a Director of the Company, that he was  
notified on 5 October 2006 by his Personal Equity Plan administrators that 
     he had become interested in 11 additional Ordinary Shares of US$1 each     
     fully paid in Lonmin Plc. The shares were acquired on 2 October 2006 at a  
     price of 2599.75p per share.
