DECLARATION OF PREFERENCE DIVIDEND NUMBER 1                                     
Shareholders are referred to the announcement released on SENS on Thursday, 28  
September 2006 relating to the declaration of the preference dividend.  Please  
note that the announcement contained an error and the amended announcement is   
set out below:                                                                  
Notice is hereby given that on Thursday, 28 September 2006, Network Healthcare  
Holdings Limited declared a preference dividend (Number 1) of 187,9 cents per   
preference share for the period from 12 July 2006 to 30 September 2006, payable 
on Monday, 23 October 2006 to holders of the preference shares recorded in the  
books of the Company at close of business on Friday, 20 October 2006.           
In compliance with the requirements of STRATE, the following dates are          
applicable:                                                                     
Last date to trade "cum" the preference                                         
dividend ("LDT")                                  Friday, 13 October 2006       
Date trading commences "ex" the preference                                      
dividend                                          Monday, 16 October 2006       
Record date                                       Friday, 20 October 2006

Share certificates may not be dematerialised nor rematerialised between Monday, 
16 October 2006 and Friday, 20 October 2006, both dates inclusive.
