Further to prior cautionary announcements, the last of which was released on    
SENS on 18 August 2006, shareholders are advised that the discussions referred  
therein relating to an empowerment transaction are continuing.                  
In addition, the company has become aware that the major shareholders of the    
company are engaged in discussions which may have an impact on the price of the 
company"s securities.                                                           
Accordingly, shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when      
dealing in their shares until a further announcement is made.
