CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with paragraph 3.59 of the JSE Limited Listings Requirements,     
shareholders are advised that Dr. Wallace Amos Mgoqi has submitted his          
resignation from the Board of Directors of Sekunjalo, effective 31 August 2006. 
As an interim measure Sekunjalo Founder and CEO, Dr Iqbal Surve will assume the 
role of both Chairman and Chief Executive Officer while a suitable replacement  
is identified.
