FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 4 July 2006 when shareholders were 
advised that Transpaco and Nampak Products Limited (Nampak) had signed binding  
heads of agreement (which would lapse if not superseded by a final agreement by 
21 July 2006 or such later date as the parties may agree) relating to the       
purchase by Transpaco of certain assets of the Nampak retail plastic bag        
business. The parties have now agreed to extend the date by which the binding   
heads of agreement will lapse if not superseded by a final agreement to the 31  
August 2006.                                                                    
Further details of the proposed transaction will be announced once the final    
agreement has been signed.                                                      
Transpaco shareholders are advised to continue to exercise caution when dealing 
in Transpaco securities until a further announcement is made.
