AWARDING OF SHARE OPTIONS TO COMPANY SECRETARY                                  
This announcement replaces the announcement released on SENS earlier today.     
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited   
("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transaction, in respect of which   
prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listing            
Requirements has been obtained, is hereby disclosed -                           
Award effected on 18 July 2006 of 300,000 share options to Company Secretary at 
a strike price of 907 cents per share, with the following (cumulative) vesting  
periods -                                                                       
20% of total allocation on 18 July 2008                                         
20% of total allocation on 18 July 2009                                         
20% of total allocation on 18 July 2010                                         
20% of total allocation on 18 July 2011                                         
20% of total allocation on 18 July 2012
