AWARDING OF SHARE OPTIONS TO DIRECTORS                                          
In terms of paragraph 3.63 - 3.65 of the Listings Requirements of JSE Limited   
("JSE Listings Requirements"), the following transaction, in respect of which   
prior written approval pursuant to paragraph 3.66 of the JSE Listing            
Requirements has been obtained, is hereby disclosed -                           
Award effected on 18 July 2006 of share options at a strike price of 907 cents  
per share, with the following (cumulative) vesting periods-
