NOTICE is hereby given that preference dividend No. 120 of 5,5 (five comma five)
cents per share each, has been declared in respect of the six months ended 30   
June 2006.                                                                      
The last date to trade in order to be eligible for the dividend will be Friday  
21 July 2006.                                                                   
Shares will trade ex dividend from Monday 24 July 2006.                         
The record date will be Friday 28 July 2006 and payment will be made on Monday  
31 July 2006.                                                                   
Share certificates may not be dematerialised / rematerialised between Monday 24 
July 2006 and Friday 28 July 2006, both days inclusive.
