In compliance with the JSE Limited Listings Requirements, Vunani Corporate      
Finance (Pty) Limited is authorised to announce that the following off-market   
share transaction has occurred:                                                 
The Hope of Constantia Trust ("the Trust"), of which Michael Brain, the managing
director of Bowler Metcalf, is a non-beneficial trustee, has transferred the    
following shares to the beneficiaries of the Trust as detailed below:           
-    1 million Bowler Metcalf shares to MMK Brain;                              
-    1 million Bowler Metcalf shares to LC Brain; and                           
-    1 million Bowler Metcalf shares to OTL Brain.
