the audited results which were published on SENS on 31 May 2006.

Notice is hereby given that the twenty-sixth annual general meeting of the      
Company"s shareholders will be held at the Company"s registered office, 405     
Voortrekker Road, Parow, Cape Town on 4 August 2006 at 15:00 to transact the    
business as stated in the annual general meeting notice forming part of the     
annual financial statements.
