CHANGES TO THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS                                               
In compliance with rule 3.59 of the JSE Limited ("JSE") Listings Requirements,  
shareholders are advised as follows:                                            
Mr. Kevin Patel has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of    
Sekunjalo, effective 12 June 2006 in order to focus his attention on his        
appointment as Chief Executive Officer of Sekunjalo"s 80% held subsidiary,      
Premier Fishing SA (Proprietary) Limited;                                       
Dr. Gilingwe Mayende has submitted his resignation as an executive director of  
Sekunjalo effective 12 June 2006 and has taken up a position as a non-executive 
director to the Board of Directors of Sekunjalo and will act as a consultant to 
Sekunjalo; and                                                                  
Mr. Muzi Nkosi has submitted his resignation from the Board of Directors of     
Sekunjalo, effective 12 June 2006.
