Further to the publication of the detailed results announcement on SENS on 18   
April 2006 of PSG Group"s reviewed results for the year ended 28 February 2006, 
PSG Group advises that its 2006 annual report, which incorporates the audited   
annual financial statements for the period, is being dispatched to shareholders 
today, and contains no changes from the SENS announcement other than those to   
the 2005 income statement and 2006 cash flow statement detailed below.
