RESULTS OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                               
Shareholders are advised that all resolutions considered at the Company"s Annual
General Meeting on 22 May 2006, including the special resolution granting the   
directors of the Company the general authority to repurchase the Company"s      
shares in accordance with the provisions of the Companies Act,61 of 1973 and the
Listings Requirements of the JSE Limited, was passed by the requisite number of 
shareholders.  The special resolution will be lodged with the Registrar of      
Companies for registration in due course.
