TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
Shareholders are advised that the headline earnings per share for the six months
ended 31 March 2006 are expected to be 15% higher than those for the            
corresponding period last year, while earnings per share will increase by       
approximately 31%.                                                              
The results to 31 March 2006 do not include any effects from the recently       
announced acquisitions by the company of Hylton Ross Tours (Proprietary) Limited
and Thebe Tourism Group (Proprietary) Limited, both of which are subject to the 
fulfilment of conditions precedent.                                             
This financial information has not been reviewed and reported on by the auditors
of the company.
