RESIGNATION AND APPOINTMENT OF DIRECTORS                                        
The board of directors of the company wishes to advise shareholders that Messrs.
GB Tollman and MR Bagus have resigned as non-executive directors of Cullinan,   
while Mr. Michael Tollman has been appointed as a non-executive director, with  
immediate effect.
