Changes to the board of directors                                               
Mr John Du Toit, an Executive Marketing Director of Bell Equipment Limited who  
has been with the company for the past 12 years has resigned from the board and 
will shortly be embarking on a new career in the furniture industry which will  
also entail moving from Zululand. The board thanks John Du Toit for his valued  
contribution and wishes him every success for his future.                       
Coinciding with this change the board is pleased to announce the appointment of 
Karen van Haght, currently a director of the main Bell operating company in     
South Africa and Group Financial Controller, as the Financial Director of Bell  
Equipment Limited.
