In compliance with Rules 3.63 - 3.74 of the JSE Listing Requirements, the       
following information is disclosed:                                             
264 034 shares (BVT) were sold on behalf of employees and Directors during the  
period April 03, 2006 and May 4, 2006 in terms of the Bidvest Incentive Scheme. 
There are approximately 2100 participants participating in the scheme and       
therefore it is normal practice to sell shares, once exercised, in batches to   
facilitate the effective administration thereof.  The average selling price of  
R113.02 was allocated to all participants (including the Directors).
