Standard Bank is now bid only in this warrant and will remain so until such time as enough warrants are bought back to make a sufficient offer. Standard Bank advises that due to potential continued demand from the market, current holders may now offer their warrants at prices in excess of Standard Bank"s fair value calculation. This creates risk to new buyers, as they may be buying at inflated prices. Standard Bank will be bid in the market at all times, but due to the warrant being sold out, Standard Bank will not be able to hold the TKGSBM market at fair value, should new buyers be prepared to pay higher prices for the TKGSBM. Standard Bank has listed the TKGSBN call warrant, and suggests the TKGSBN be considered as the warrant option for all new trades.
