TRADING STATEMENT                                                               
In terms of the JSE Limited ("the JSE") Listings Requirements, companies are    
required to publish a trading statement as soon as they are reasonably certain  
that the financial results for the current reporting period will be more than   
20% different than that of the prior comparative period.                        
In light of the above, Sekunjalo expects to announce a loss per share of 3.31   
cents and a headline loss per share of 3.31 cents for the six months ended 28   
February 2006.                                                                  
Shareholders are advised that the above information has not been reviewed or    
reported on by the Company"s auditors and that the Company"s results for the six
months ended 28 February 2006 are expected to be published on the Securities    
Exchange News Service of the JSE on 11 April 2006.
