and DR 3.1.4 R and DR 3.1.6 R, on 5 April 2006 Lonmin Plc received notification 
from Mr J N Robinson, a Director of the Company, that he was notified on 5 April
2006 by his Personal Equity Plan administrators that he had become interested in
12 additional Ordinary Shares of US$1 each fully paid in Lonmin Plc. The shares 
were acquired on 31 March 2005 at a price of GBP26.57 per share.
