578 597 shares (BVT) were sold behalf of employees and Directors during the     
period March 24, 2006 and March 27, 2006 in terms of the Bidvest Incentive      
Scheme.  There are approximately 2100 participants participating in the scheme  
and therefore it is normal practice to sell shares, once exercised, in batches  
to facilitate the effective administration thereof.  The average selling price  
of R114.99 was allocated to all participants (including the Directors).
