FURTHER CAUTIONARY ANNOUNCEMENT                                                 
Further to the cautionary announcement dated 10 February 2006, shareholders are 
advised that negotiations are continuing, which, if successfully concluded, may 
have a material effect on the price at which the company"s shares trade on the  
JSE Limited.                                                                    
Shareholders are accordingly advised to continue to exercise caution in dealing 
in their shares until a further announcement in this regard is made.
