notified on 3 March 2006 by Prudential Plc that as at 2 March 2006 their        
interest in the Company"s share capital has increased to 21,431,219 ordinary    
shares of US$1 each representing 15.06% of the issued share capital of the      
Company.                                                                        
Certain subsidiary companies of Prudential Plc have notifiable interests in some
or all of these shares, none of which exceeds the number in which the parent    
company is interested.
