RESULTS OF THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING                                           
Shareholders are advised that, at the annual general meeting of Sekunjalo held  
at 2nd Floor, North Wing, Great Westerford, 240 Main Road, Rondebosch, on 27    
February 2006, all the resolutions were passed by the requisite majority of     
shareholders.                                                                   
The special resolutions will be submitted for registration at the Registrar of  
Companies in due course.
