of the Company, that he was notified on 23 February 2006 that, pursuant to his  
participation in the Company"s Dividend Reinvestment Plan, on 8 February 2006 a 
cash dividend to which he was entitled was invested on his behalf in 212        
Ordinary Shares of US$1 each, at a price of GBP20.745 per share.
